License Agreement

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and illlustrations / Vijay Verma (the "Licensor"). By downloading or using any illlustrations assets or builder, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. The Assets

illlustrations consists of different sets of illustrations, some of which fall under different licenses:

• Legacy Open Source Illustrations (CC0): Older, static illustration packs that are explicitly marked as CC0. These remain entirely free to use for any purpose without attribution.
• Premium & Builder Assets: Newer illustrations, components, builder assets, and Pro features fall under the terms of this License Agreement.

2. Permitted Usage (What You Can Do)

Under a Premium / Pro license, you are allowed to:

• Use the illustrations to create end products for yourself, your company, or your clients (e.g., websites, mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, pitch decks).
• Modify, edit, and customize the illustrations to fit your specific brand or project needs.
• Charge your clients for the design and development work you produce using the illustrations.

3. Prohibited Usage (What You Cannot Do)

To protect our intellectual property, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing or Reselling: You may not sell, rent, lease, or distribute the source files or assets to any third party as a standalone pack.
• Creating Competing Products: You may not use the assets to create and sell a competing illustration library, UI kit, theme, or template where the illustrations are the primary value.
• Public Sharing: You may not publish the premium source files to public repositories.

4. Updates and Lifetime Access

Your Pro purchase includes lifetime access to the specific builder/assets you bought. You will receive all future updates, bug fixes, and feature additions for that product at no additional cost.
